What can I ask for on this page?
The form above reaches the Monely team by email. It is the right place for questions about how the app works, for subscription and payment matters, and for anything involving your personal data. Choose the subject that matches your message so it arrives with the right context, and use an email address you actually read, because the answer goes back to it.
If you already have an account, Settings → Contact inside the app is the better route. The message arrives tied to your account, so you do not have to describe your plan, your device or your registered email before anyone can look into it.
How do I cancel a subscription or ask for a refund?
Cancelling happens where the purchase was made, in the subscription settings of Google Play or the App Store. Access to the paid plan stays until the end of the period already paid for, and the account then returns to the free plan with your data preserved. You do not need to write to us to cancel.
You do need this page for the right of withdrawal. Within 7 days of the purchase date you can withdraw and receive a full refund, with no reason required. Send the request through this form or the Contact button in the app, using the Subscription and payment subject and including your account email. The full rules are in clause 4.4 of the Terms of Service.
How do I exercise my data rights?
Deleting your account and its data is done in the app itself, under Settings → Delete account. The steps and the retention periods are described on the account deletion page.
